Who is Adrien Théaux?
z Théaux was practically born with skis on his feet in Tarbes. He made a promising debut in the World Cup in 2004 during the Giant Slalom in Kranjska Gora (SLO).
He scored his first points in the super combined event in Val d'Isère (FRA) in 2005. Adrien won his first World Cup victory in 2011, during the Downhill in Lenzerheide (SUI). This season also saw him on the podium twice in the Super-G in Beaver Creek (USA) and the legendary Kitzbuehel (AUT) downhill.
The following seasons cemented Adrien's reputation as one of the sure bets of the World Cup, regularly achieving podium finishes in various disciplines (13 podiums and 3 victories).
At the 2015 World Championships in Beaver Creek (USA), Adrien crowned his second dream, winning the bronze medal in Super-G.
His next objectives are now to finish among the top 3 in a discipline, win a second medal at the World Championships (2017 or 2019) and definitively enter the history of French alpine skiing by winning an Olympic medal in 2018.Languages spoken by the speaker
