Speaker of the day: Fanny Clavien — Well-being at work

Born on April 21, 1987, in Miège, Valais, Fanny Clavien is part of the Swiss and international karate elite. She started karate at the age of 5 in Veyras before continuing in Sion, and is now a 3rd Dan black belt.
With a track record that includes 15 Swiss championship titles, three European championship titles (Estonia 2008, Switzerland 2011, and Finland 2014), as well as numerous international successes, Fanny Clavien is the best Swiss karateka in history.
At the end of 2016, she retired from high-level competition but did not completely abandon the world of karate. As she says herself: "the passion will always be there; it will not disappear."
Holder of a commercial employee CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence), she then trained as a PR journalist and, after an internship with the Vaud-Fribourg channel La Télé, she is now a presenter at Vertical Radio – a sister station of Rhône FM – in Sion.
In recent years, Fanny has also taken up another sport: wakesurfing, a water sport consisting of riding the wave produced by a boat, without being attached to it. This activity, initially a simple hobby, then became a true passion and, with her competitive spirit, Fanny has already been Swiss champion twice.Language spoken by the speaker

Fanny Clavien offers conferences in French-speaking Switzerland and French-speaking countries (Geneva, Lausanne, Neuchâtel...). Motivation and positivity emanate from Fanny Clavien: according to her own words, she loves life, encounters, new challenges, good humor, and above all, thinking positively! A born competitor, she always wants to test her limits, to push them back, and she transmits her state of mind during her morning shows on the radio, her interviews, or the conferences she gives.
