Speaker of the day: Franck Pierrot — Leadership and Management

Franck Pierrot is an expert in TOP Management, a former group leader at the G.I.G.N and a business executive. Today, he is a professional speaker and advisor to leaders. He supports the transformation of human organizations daily by intervening at the heart of the collective, with managers and their teams. At 20, when asked about his ambitions in the Gendarmerie, Franck replied: "I want to join the G.I.G.N."

At 34, he became the youngest group leader in the G.I.G.N. For almost 20 years, Franck refined the meaning of his commitment.

Intensity and a sense of the extreme shaped a way of thinking that led him not only to constantly surpass himself but, above all, to know how to bring his teammates along in perfect mastery linked to trust and respect.

Anticipation, commitment, and courage are Franck's watchwords for achieving excellence. So, managing, supervising, and instilling strength came naturally.

At 37, Franck decided to leave the Gendarmerie for new challenges. He joined a security company as an employee; six months later, he became its general manager. He knows how to motivate, reorganize, and boost potential to bring individuals to their best achievement, that which serves the collective. The strength of his career change lies in the exact transposition from the G.I.G.N to the business world.

Today, Franck supports many leaders and managers in their team's performance on themes such as motivation, commitment, team spirit, and taking action. He wanted to share and give all that he had. So he became a professional speaker.
