Speaker of the day: Luca Aerni — Leadership and Management
Every day we spotlight one voice from the UnoMe network. Today: Luca Aerni, Leadership and Management — one of the keynote speakers we recommend for corporate events and conferences in Lusail, Riffa and across the GCC.
Who is Luca Aerni?
Luca Aerni comes to us from Valais. One might well suspect that this young man from Crans-Montana was born with skis on his feet. But it takes more than that to make a high-level athlete! In summer, a football goalkeeper, in winter, on the slopes, he finally made his choice at 14. There, his tenacity and his coaches are his best strengths. Thus, thanks to his mindset and his support system, he achieved his first goal as a pro: joining the C-Cadre of Swiss Ski.
While he continues his momentum, he nevertheless keeps his feet on the ground and, in parallel, completes training as a retail manager for a sports store.Languages spoken by the speaker
- German
- French
Luca Aerni offers conferences in the two main Swiss national languages. As Luca Aerni proves to us, being a high-level athlete does not detract from the ability to manage a business, and that is where we see that there are useful transversal skills. We will discuss, among other things, resilience, strength of character, but also acknowledging one's limits and the levers of motivation that work for us.
These are the kinds of techniques that UnoMe offers you to acquire.
