Speaker of the day: Marc Turiault — Well-being at work

Every day we spotlight one voice from the UnoMe network. Today: Marc Turiault, Well-being at work — one of the keynote speakers we recommend for corporate events and conferences in Muscat, Sharjah and across the GCC.
Who is Marc Turiault?
Imagine having to work with someone impulsive, procrastinating, hyper-attentive to dysfunctions, and resistant to change. A person who, facing the stress of an urgent report to submit, refuses any task not stipulated in their contract and wanders on social networks. This person is only a part of us, human, nestled in our limbic brain. If you are wondering how to get to know them and soothe them to better motivate them, neuroscience has the answers. They demonstrate, for example, that the most effective team management comes through the well-being of employees.
Drawing on his 15 years of research and journalism, neuroscientist Marc Turiault tells us about the most cutting-edge advances in research on the daily battle the human brain wages to make Man "a reasonable animal," as Aristotle said. Holder of a Doctorate in Neuroscience obtained from the prestigious Collège de France, he spent 13 years with mice in internationally renowned laboratories. It was while working on the mechanisms of stress and motivation that he published his work in the most reputable scientific journals (Nature, Nature Neuroscience, Neuron, PNAS).
Holder of a BFFA trainer's diploma, he is currently undertaking the development of a program for the innovation of leadership techniques, professional integration, and education in Switzerland, based on recent contributions from cognitive neuroscience.
Marc Turiault uses his 10 years of acting experience on stages in Geneva, Paris, and Marseille to recount the marvel that is the brain with humor. His conferences allow discovery of the latest contributions of Neuroscience to team management methods that have proven their effectiveness in business.
By helping us better understand our brain, he helps us be better leaders.
