Who is Marwan Mery?
Photo : Eric Lefeuvre / All rights ReservedMarwan Mery is an expert in negotiation, lie detection, and behavioral analysis. He was born on September 29, 1975, in Beirut. Author of several books, he gives conferences on these topics.
His extraordinary career began with studies in international trade at the Sorbonne in Paris. To finance his studies, Marwan then had the idea of playing poker. This quickly became a passion: bluffing fascinated him. Subsequently, his various positions within multinational companies all had negotiation in common: Air France, Danone, Red Bull are among the large groups for which he worked.
Marwan also assisted casinos in France and abroad to spot scams and cheaters for over 10 years. His field experience allowed him to write a large number of books on human behavior and lie detection as a specialist in behavioral analysis.
In the 2010s, Marwan Mery embarked on entrepreneurship. He established the firm Egocia before creating MMG (Marwan Mery Group). In 2012, Marwan Mery and Laurent Combalbert partnered and founded ADN Group, the Agency of Negotiators. Together, they intervene in crisis situations, across the globe with multinational corporations and governmental organizations.
Their life as professional negotiators is so fascinating that it inspired the TV series Ransom, broadcast since June 21, 2017, on TF1.Language spoken by the speaker
