Who is Régis Rossi?
After a DESS in Marketing and Strategy, Régis Rossi worked for 15 years in large corporations on management and communication issues. In parallel, he practiced illusion in all its forms, and now uses this art to address corporate challenges.

An unprecedented trajectory
In 2011, he felt compelled to create a concept that offers a new perspective on managerial art and relational communication based on the mechanisms of illusion.
While cognitive sciences reveal that the unexpected and the strange stimulate our abilities to understand, memorize, and learn, this management specialist has developed a new and impactful approach that uses illusionism practices to raise awareness on various themes, including: leadership and corporate behavior.
Many people believe that an illusionist's strength lies in their technique (manipulation, agility, dexterity) but, even if it is paramount, it is actually only the tip of the iceberg. The true power of the illusionist does not rest on their know-how but in reality on their emotional intelligence and their ability to put it at the service of relationships with their interlocutors, i.e., their audience. This reality also applies to the professional world.
Currently held positions
- Régis Rossi works primarily for major French and international groups (M6, Vinci, EDF, Decathlon, Eiffage, Michelin, Total…) and intervenes with 3 target audiences: executives and managers, sales force, and experts (doctors, lawyers, chartered accountants, researchers…).
- Our speaker is also certified coach in Appreciative Inquiry and leads seminars, conducts team building to work on notions of collective intelligence, group cohesion, and creativity.
- He teaches at Epita (engineering school) and ESCP Europe.
- Régis Rossi holds the title of APM expert (Association for the Progress of Management).
- He has published a book with Editions Eyrolles, which is an extension of the conference "The powers of emotional intelligence".
