A graduate of the University of Liège (Belgium) in 2001, his end-of-studies thesis focused on online music piracy. He then went on to complete a specialized Master's degree (DES) in organizational crime, and joined the Belgian public administration as a criminologist. He left after 5 years of practice and founded a communication agency, which he directed with the goal of integrating a new element into businesses and their brand image: psychology and the human factor. Since 2010, his company has been advising businesses on their current challenges: management and leadership, digital transformation, and innovation/differentiation strategies.

His leitmotif is self-transcendence with The Heroes' Attitude®. He is convinced that everyone, at their own level, can climb mountains and become the Hero of their life.
