— Leadership and Management
Julia de Funès.

Julia de Funes is the granddaughter of the famous French actor, Louis de Funès. After philosophy studies leading to a doctorate, complemented by a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Human Resources, Julia de Funes quickly moved into recruitment. She worked for several years as a headhunter. It was during this experience that she realized not everything made sense in her work. She then turned to her true passion, philosophy.
However, her agency experience gave her the idea of offering business consulting services, capitalizing on her deep understanding of philosophy applied to everyday life. Topics such as meaning at work, and the implementation of adapted and more human processes. She had the opportunity to deliver her highly specialized services to large groups (Adidas, Canal +, EDF, Intercontinental, etc.).
Beyond her professional assignments, she has written philosophy books for the general public and featured in a television show on a major French channel: "Le Bonheur selon Julia" (Happiness according to Julia). In this series, she deciphers everyday life through the lens of philosophy. Her contrarian approach to personal development theories makes her a sharp and critical personality. Her perspective on things is essential, and the success of her books in bookstores is proof of this.
Today, Julia de Funès speaks at companies for HR conferences, on management, change, and leadership.
