Polo De Le Rue

= Paul-Henri De Le Rue is passionate about challenges. Problem-solving, opening new perspectives, exploring new solutions, taking commitments – this is what characterizes him. This great athlete has managed to develop essential tools for managing emotions. Paul-Henri was an Olympic medalist snowboarder in 2006 and 4th in Sochi 2014, despite an accident that left him in a coma 34 days before the event. He achieved success because he always believed in his dreams.

In his conferences, he enjoys dissecting, in an inspiring way, the mechanisms that allowed him to fulfill a childhood dream. Snowboardcross might seem like a random sport, but ultimately, it is absolutely not. As in the business world, its difficulty lies in the fact that one must be faithful to one's strategy while also being attentive to market conditions. It is therefore a sport that requires enormous preparation and at the same time a real capacity for adaptation. Risk management is an essential skill in this discipline.

In our daily lives, we all face our fears. The greatest of these is the fear of the unknown. Faced with this emotion, Paul-Henri has two solutions and declares: "Either I endure it, or I use it as a lever for performance. It is by exploring the unknown that I expand my comfort zone and gain freedom."

Today, as co-founder of Double Mixte, he supports athletes in developing and implementing their life projects (career change). He also advises companies on issues related to change and collective efficiency.Languages spoken by the speaker
