— Leadership and Management
Virginie Guyot.

The first woman to lead an acrobatic patrol! Virginie Guyot quickly developed a passion for aviation. At just 12 years old, she had her first flight. Dreaming of the Patrouille de France, she joined the French army as a fighter pilot and became the first woman on a Mirage F1CR at 25. After that, her ascent towards her goal accelerated at a dizzying pace. Four years later, she commanded a squadron; it took barely two more years to join the Patrouille de France and take over its leadership after one year.
In 2010, as she gained increasing recognition in all circles, she was approached by major corporations. From then on, a spark ignited: she decided to dedicate herself to the world of conferences! Between 2010 and 2015, alongside her work in the army, she studied the corporate world and undertook training in public speaking, and thus her new challenge quickly gained momentum. Her exceptional career captivates, inspires, and motivates; in companies worldwide.Spoken Language
