Emmanuelle Duez has a passion for entrepreneurship!

After extensive studies in law, political science, and business, she founded WoMen’Up in 2011, an association blending gender and generation themes.

She pursues a dual ambition: for companies, to place young people, particularly men, at the heart of diversity policies; for Civil Society, to promote an uninhibited vision of postmodern feminism. In 2013, she launched The Boson Project. This consulting firm is an atypical and committed research center. Its purpose is to answer the question of human capital through its missions: does it truly have value and is it the main lever for the sustainable transformation of organizations? In 2014, she joined the French Navy, bringing her energy and convictions. As an "Ensign," she works on creating links between civil society and the world of the sea and sailors.
