— Individual and Collective Motivation
Enak Gavaggio.

Enak Gavaggio, known as "RANCHO", born on May 4, 1976, in Ambilly (Haute-Savoie), is a devotee of high-risk sports such as Base Jumping, paragliding, free fall, and freeride skiing.
With a track record of 7 X-Games medals, a 5th place at the Vancouver Olympics, a 4th and 5th place at the Freeride World Championships, three medals in the overall Ski Cross World Cup standings, and two medals at the Ski Cross World Championships, Enak Gavaggio is a true role model for new generations, and particularly for young French skiing talents. Considered the king of French Skicross, he trains young winter sports enthusiasts in this spectacular discipline.
In 2008, he suffered a serious accident, keeping him away from competition and podiums for almost 2 years. Close to paralysis, Enak Gavaggio found the strength to get back on his skis and return to his best level.
A jack-of-all-trades by nature, in 2010 after his last international competition, he decided to create a web series called "Rancho Webshow" in which the most famous mustachioed man in the ski world embodies a vintage and quirky character. The idea is to showcase the world of skiing, but also everyone's skiing, in all its breadth.Speaker's spoken language
