Peggy Bouchet is an adventurer, speaker, entrepreneur and committed woman. Her motto: "Always dare, sometimes yield, never give up©".

Shortly after completing studies in corporate law and management, the young export financial engineer at Alcatel decided to do everything possible to achieve a challenging project: to cross the Atlantic solo by rowing, an feat never before accomplished by a woman. From an idea, she moved to a project, raised funds, found sponsors, and worked on the ideal boat. She made a crewed sailing crossing of the Atlantic to gain offshore experience and then embarked on the adventure. On March 10, 1998, after meticulous preparation with her team, she made the first oar stroke (she would make over a million) departing from the Canary Islands towards the West Indies. A journey of 5500 km awaited her, 79 days, rowing 10 hours each day, sometimes in troughs of 7 to 8 meters! Then, disaster struck. She capsized and shipwrecked 120 km from Guadeloupe in a raging sea. She clung for 9 hours to her boat, which was sinking inexorably, and was finally rescued just in time.

Not admitting defeat, 18 months later, she set off again from Cape Verde. True to her motto "Always dare, sometimes yield, never give up", after a 4400 km crossing, Peggy arrived victorious in Martinique on January 5, 2000.

Largely covered by the media, Peggy Bouchet secured numerous partnerships and advertising contracts for major brands: Peugeot, Citroën, Roxy Quiksilver... TV and radio stations vied for her attention, and she began giving conferences across Europe. For example, she participated in TED X at the prestigious London School of Economics (LSE) in London in March 2016 on the theme of her talk: "Be an Adventurer in your life".

To date, Peggy has led over 500 conferences in France and Europe for large corporations, startups, SMEs, institutional organizations, the general public, and at the plenary session of the WOMEN’S FORUM in Paris.

Whether for Management Committees, Top Managers, employees, partners or clients, she addresses highly relevant topics with different formats directly related to human capital and the entrepreneurial spirit.

An unforgettable moment of sharing with an authentic discourse, inspiring, impactful and unifying messages during which she offers the audience moments combining emotion and authenticity.
